Broad Oak Pre School

VISION STATEMENT 

Broad Oak Pre-school will be a supportive and welcoming place. We will nurture each child as an individual and provide every opportunity for them to further their development through play.

Our objectives are to:

·          Provide outstanding care and education for young children.     Provide an environment, which is happy, caring and guides child development.  

·        Provide a high quality Pre-school to serve all children in and around the local community.

·          Provide an inclusive setting which supports the parents and families of our children and the choices they make for their children.   

·        Create a pre-school identity, which works with the community and other local groups to develop a network of support for our children and their families.

·        Offer a wide curriculum following National Guidelines to support child development through play.

·        Provide opportunities for children to access all areas of the curriculum through quality opportunities and resources.

• Provide opportunities for young children to learn through play.    
• Ensure all staff benefit from every opportunity to develop as professionals and train for recognised qualifications. In this way we aim to offer an outstanding resource in our staff as highly trained individuals in their field.
